I share my screen and walk you through what I found. I show you what is set up, what is missing, what is broken, and what is not serving you. This is not theory. You are looking at your own system while I explain what needs to change and why.

Frequently asked questions
What CRMs do you work with?+
I specialize in Lofty, which I consider the gold standard for real estate CRM architecture. I also build in Follow Up Boss, BoldTrail, LionDesk, HubSpot, and other major platforms. If you are not sure whether yours is compatible, just ask when you book. We will figure it out.
Do I need to know how to use my CRM before we get on the call?+
No. That is actually the whole point. Most of the agents I work with have barely touched their CRM, or they have been using it as a glorified contact list for years. I meet you where you are. You do not need to be technical. You just need to be ready.
What if I am not ready to book a full build after the session?+
That is completely fine. The CRM Roadmap is yours to keep either way. Some agents take it and start implementing on their own. Some come back three months later when they are ready. There is no pressure and no expiration on the roadmap. The only time-sensitive piece is the $497 credit, which applies if you book a package within 30 days.
How long is the session?+
60 minutes. I do the CRM review before the call so we do not waste any of your time on the call itself watching me navigate your system. We get on the call and go straight to work.
Is this just a sales call?+
No. This is a strategy session with a real deliverable. I will recommend a package if I think a full build is right for you, because that is part of giving you honest advice. But there is no pitch. No countdown timer. No pressure close. You book if and when you are ready.
Do you offer payment plans?+
Yes. Payment plans are available for the strategy session and for all CRM Concierge packages.
What happens after I book?+
You will receive a confirmation email with instructions for granting me CRM access. I go into your system and do my review before we meet. You will also get a short intake form so I have context on your business, your client types, and your goals before the call. Then we meet, I share my screen, and we get to work.
Can I book a strategy session if I do not have a CRM yet?+
Yes. We will use the session to recommend the right platform for your business and map out what your system should look like from the start. You will leave with a roadmap and a clear plan for what to build and where.
